Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival offers an unusually diverse and exciting environment in which to work, presenting both a year-round programme of performances across the site’s small, mid and large-scale venues and the annual international Brighton Festival that takes place all over the city and its surrounding area for the month of May. This role is based within the production team, who deliver over 300 events per year. It is an important position that helps keep the department and the team running smoothly.

We are looking for a someone to fill this role on a Fixed Term contract for 6 months to cover the substantive post holder as soon as possible.

We are seeking someone who is highly collaborative with a high level of administration, organisation and computer skills.

This role holds the Production department together, working closely with our Director of Production and Production Managers on everything from budgets, contracts, liaising with suppliers, helping with rotas and a host of admin vital to the successful running of the production department and working closely with Finance on reconciliation.
We require someone who has meticulous attention to detail and enjoys working in a busy team.
