Our client based in Stretton, Warrington, is recruiting a Mintsoft Warehouse Administrator. You'll be joining a non-corporate, down-to-earth team (a sense of humour is a must!)
You will be the right-hand person to the Operations Director - he has a wealth of knowledge to pass on meaning lots of learning and development for you.
As a team you'll support on anything and everything that the business needs to keep ticking - essentially you couldn't find a more varied role if you tried...!
** They are looking for someone to start ASAP so they cannot consider anyone with a notice period longer than 2 weeks **
Details of the Mintsoft Warehouse Administrator position:
• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Holidays: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off
• Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Mon to Fri (office-based)
• Location: Stretton, Warrington - own transport essential

Job role of the Mintsoft Warehouse Administrator:
• Creating all records on Mintsoft - clients, suppliers, products, SKU codes, couriers, pricing
• Be the Mintsoft super user - maintaining the records once set up, teaching your colleagues and helping with any queries
• Facilities management - handling any building maintenance needs
• Ensuring office supplies are fully stocked
• Events logistics - arranging for merchandise/goods to be sent to the venues, and liaising with contractors to ensure set up is completed in time
• Dealing with suppliers and couriers
Skills/Experience required for the Mintsoft Warehouse Administrator role:
• Experience of using Mintsoft Warehouse Management System is essential
• Experience within an administrative role that required strong multi-tasking skills.
