This is a proper cornerstone role. As Studio Manager for this Exeter-based studio, you'll be the go-to person for the team - the one who knows what's going on & keeps the studio ticking.
There's plenty of support from the wider group, but within your studio, you'll be trusted to take ownership of the day-to-day. You'll have real responsibility and visibility - and the kind of role where your input genuinely makes a difference.
You'll be joining a down-to-earth environment where everyone pulls together and you'll be recognised and rewarded for the work you do.
The important bit:
• 9AM - 5.30PM, Monday to Friday (there is flexibility on start and finish times)
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

What you'll take charge of:
• Supporting the team with HR admin like onboarding, holiday tracking and sickness absence.
• Staying on top of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to keep delivery on track.
• Working directly with the Directors to pull reports and offer insight into studio performance, helping steer future improvements.
What you'll need to be considered for the Studio Manager role:
• Previous experience as an Office Manager or Studio Manager
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
