Based at County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar, covering the inland area within Angus.
This job is workstyle 3- Flexi.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Team Manager role supporting staff to provide assessment, support planning and review with learning disabilities and carers.
You will be part of an integrated team of social workers and health professionals.
We are looking for a passionate, committed manager to support staff working within the integrated learning disabilities Inland team. The post holder will lead and manage an integrated team of social workers and health professionals and provide robust scrutiny of professional practice across the service to promote the achievement of positive outcomes for People with a learning disability and their carers. This will ensure the Health and Social Care Partnership delivers its statutory legal responsibilities involving Adults with Incapacity, Adult Support and Protection, Self-Directed Support, Carer Support and Involvement. You will be required to have excellent leadership skills and effective interpersonal, communication, assessment and report writing skills and be able to work as part of a team and on a multi-agency basis. This post requires an ability to promote and encourage a collaborative working approach.
This is a challenging, exciting and rewarding role which offers the right candidates the opportunity to work within a supportive team and will be provided with a period of induction and ongoing support from the Lead Officer and Service Leader.
This job is temporary for up to six months from date of appointment.
