Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
As a member of the finance team, you will assist with the processing of purchase ledger invoices and agency invoices.
You will work with the administrators in the homes to resolve any issues with invoices and suppliers. You will be required to deal with telephone queries from suppliers and our care homes.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills.
Also, accuracy is essential, as is flexibility and you must have the ability to be able to work as part of a team.
