Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant/Personal Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our client to remain independent within her own home. Supporting with getting into the shower, drying and dressing.
Supporting with meals and fluids throughout the day. Supporting her to maintain a habitable home. Attending appointments and accessing the local community.
Every other weekend essential.
Saturday & Sundays 8am - 6.30pm
Mondays 7am - 7pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am - 8.30pm
Wednesdays & Fridays 7am - 6.30pm
Choose days to suit you.
Skills
Experience in a care setting is highly desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining patient records and documentation.
A valid driving licence is essential for driving the clients vehicle.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
