Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Providing support with mobility, including helping residents to move around their home and community safely.
Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with feeding as necessary.
Administering medication according to individual care plans.
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns or changes in condition to the senior team.
Requirements:
A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
Experience in a similar care role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
