Crynodeb
Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and families regarding treatment plans, continually assessing and reinforcing their understanding. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation in line with legal, clinical, and organisational requirements. Contribute the planning and running of the MDT alongside the MDT co-ordinator. For a full list of duties and responsibilities please see the attached Job Description. Provide telephone triage and follow-up services for patients with low-risk or benign results, offering assessment, support, and information as appropriate. Take ownership of personal professional development, actively engaging in clinical supervision and acting as a role model for peers. Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of local diagnostic guidelines, pathways, and standards including the setting up of a breast pain clinic in keeping with current national guidelines.
