The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Be passionate about their subject and able to inspire a love of learning in students.

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Be committed to raising attainment and ensuring all students reach their full potential.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

  • Be dedicated to ongoing professional development and actively contribute to the wider school community.
