A fantastic opportunity has come up to join a busy, long-established independent garage as a Service Advisor. This is your chance to become part of a close-knit team that values quality, honesty, and great customer service. If you're organised, confident with customers, and want to work somewhere that genuinely cares about its staff and reputation — this could be the perfect move for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcoming customers and managing bookings for MOTs, servicing, and repairs
• Communicating clearly with both customers and workshop technicians
• Using computer systems to manage jobs, update records, and keep customers informed
• Helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a busy service environment
What You’ll Need:
• A valid UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Strong customer service experience
• Confident using computers and managing admin tasks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Motor trade experience is a bonus, but not essential
What You’ll Get:
• £28,000–£30,000 salary (depending on experience)

• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Paid training and development
• Free onsite parking
• No weekends or late shifts
• A supportive, family-run environment where you're treated like part of the team
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
