Ornua Foods UK is on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our talented engineering team in Leek. If you're passionate about engineering in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector and are looking for your next challenge – this is your chance to be part of a purpose-driven, global organisation.
Location: Leek, Staffordshire
Shift: 4 on / 4 off rotating days & nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
Benefits: 8% matched pension, 23 days annual leave rising to 27 days with length of service, company shop, subsidised canteen, onsite physio, career development, and more!

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be key in delivering top-tier maintenance, improvement, and technical support to keep our advanced production lines running at peak efficiency. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment and a strong team, all while growing your skills through regular training and development.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Level 3 qualification or HNC/HND in Engineering
✔️ FMCG or food manufacturing background
✔️ Proactive mindset with experience in fault finding diagnostics
✔️ Good knowledge of continuous improvement & lean practices
