Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced F&DT Engineer to join a leading aerospace team supporting wing structures across a range of aircraft programmes. The role involves working on incremental developments, cost-saving initiatives, and airworthiness modifications from feasibility through to certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve and deliver F&DT analysis and documentation
- Lead resolution of structural issues using appropriate methods
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in analysis techniques
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in structural engineering, particularly fatigue and damage tolerance
- Experience with aircraft structural design principles
- Familiarity with Airbus tools and processes (Single Aisle preferred)
- Approver status or close to achieving it
Desirable:
- Multinational team collaboration experience
