Summary

Facilities Coordinator/Office Administrator

Location: Cambridge
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re working with a well-established and highly respected M&E contractor who are looking to add a Facilities Coordinator/Office Adimistrator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in administration maintenance coordination to take the next step in their career.

This is an immediate vacancy within their Maintenance division, supporting the delivery of Planned, Preventative and Reactive maintenance services across a range of commercial properties. You'll work closely with engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily maintenance tasks and scheduling works


  • Acting as a key point of contact between clients, engineers, and suppliers


  • Maintaining asset records and compliance documentation


  • Managing helpdesk queries and escalating where necessary


    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a facilities or maintenance-based admin role would be beneficial but not essential.


    • Excellent communication and organisational skills


    • Expeirence of using Miscrsoft office


    • A team player who can multitask and prioritise effectively
