Summary
Job OverviewAs a CAFM Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Computer-Aided Facility Management systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of CAFM solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to support the efficient operation of facility management processes.
Main Duties
-Implementation and Integration
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and goals for CAFM system implementation.
-Assist in the configuration, customisation, and integration of CAFM software to meet organisational needs.
-Technical Support
-Provide day-to-day technical support for CAFM users, addressing enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
-Work closely with IT teams to ensure the stability and performance of CAFM systems.
-Training and Documentation
-Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding of CAFM functionalities.
-Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and system manuals.
-Data Management
-Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CAFM system.
-Collaborate with relevant teams to establish and maintain data standards and protocols.
-Continuous Improvement:
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CAFM.
-Identify opportunities for system optimisation and efficiency improvements.
What we are looking for
-Experience in CAFM system implementation, configuration, and/or support
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Demonstrated ability to effectively utilise Office applications for document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
-Comfortable with utilising advanced features and functions within Microsoft Office programs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Familiarity with facility management processes and principles preferred.
Preferred Skills:
-Proficiency in CAFM software platforms (e.g. QFM).
-Understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
-Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL
-Knowledge of Microsoft VBA
This role may require occasional travel to different office locations
Flexible working - up to two days a week from home.
