What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons in Year 1 or Year 2
• Working with small groups and 1:1 to deliver phonics, literacy, and numeracy interventions
• Encouraging active participation and helping children develop learning routines
• Supporting pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL
• Assisting with classroom organisation, displays and resources
• Promoting confidence, emotional development and a love of learning

• Kind, patient, and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience with children (e.g. schools, tutoring, mentoring, childcare) is desirable
