The Estates & Governance Officer will be responsible for managing and safeguarding the Agency’s property database and records. This role requires ensuring the Agency maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all freehold properties it owns, as well as all leased properties and assets or those held under license.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Ensure that the Agency has a record of and access to all legal property documentationMaintain an accurate and up to date database containing details of the Agency’s Property Estate.Support the Property & Governance Lead in preparing any information, data and reports relating to the property function or the MCA estate as required by stakeholdersPrepare, in conjunction with MCA’s property consultants, the necessary packs of property information to support the disposal of the Agency’s properties.Help manage, maintain and control the budgets with regard to rental/license costs and professional services fees.Responsible for all administrative activities associated with Professional Services contractsFor further information on the role, please read the role profile.
