Our SEN Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and innovative team. We are a thriving academy dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children and young people aged 2-19 with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:

• Autism and Social Communication Needs

• Cognitive Needs

• Sensory Needs

• Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Needs

We are looking for individuals who possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR extensive, proven experience working with children and young people with the aforementioned special educational needs.

• A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of every student.

• A deep understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and curriculum adaptation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.

• Resilience, patience, and a positive approach to challenges.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
