About the Practice:
My client is a small, close-knit practice with a big heart and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional veterinary care. Located in a picturesque village in the heart of Cambridgeshire, the practice offers a full range of services with state-of-the-art facilities, including:
• Dental X-ray
• Laser therapy
• Fully equipped in-house laboratory
With a varied and interesting caseload, you’ll enjoy the chance to put your skills to good use and continually grow as a veterinary professional.
Meet the Team:
You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team comprising:
• A Lead Vet who champions development and mentorship
• 3 experienced Veterinary Surgeons
• A dedicated Head Veterinary Nurse (HVN)
• 2 skilled Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs)
• 3 additional team members who keep everything running smoothly
About You:
I am seeking a RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon who shares my client’s passion for patient and client care. You should have:
• Proven experience delivering high-quality veterinary care
• Confidence in working as part of a close team
• Clinical leadership skills and a proactive mindset
• A commitment to supporting nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures, understanding how this enhances clinic performance and client experience
