Monday to Friday - DAYS ONLY - 40 hrs/week
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 circa

The Company:
My client, a national Plastics Manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Engineer for their site on the outskirts of central Worcester. They operate across 4 expanding sites within the UK where they value collaborative and innovative approaches across the sites which are constantly expanding. You will have the chance to work on new projects that are coming up, ensuring the quality of all new products. You will be able to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including measurements, new product lines etc.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for the completion of quality checks, some training if needed, reporting faults etc.
Responsibilities will include:
- Measurement reports and documentation for their different product lines.
- Use of CMM machinery, both manual and automated.
- Problem solving.
- Reading engineering drawings.
Requirements:
- ISO 9001 or IATF experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- HSE qualification, like IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
- Good customer service skills to be able to deal and work with clients.
