Job Opportunity – Night or Day Support Worker – Witney, Oxfordshire
Pay Rate: £14.25 – £15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Witney, Oxfordshire. This role involves providing high-quality care and support for a female resident with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working as part of a 2-to-1 team to assist with safe transfers into bed using a hoist.
• Supporting all personal care needs throughout the night.
• Monitoring the resident at all times to ensure their safety.
• Following a detailed epilepsy emergency care and management plan.
• Ensuring all nutritional and hydration needs are met through PEG feeding.
Essential Requirements:
• Practical moving and handling experience (must be able to demonstrate competence with hoisting).
• PEG feeding training (you will be required to show evidence of up-to-date training and experience).
• Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy, including understanding emergency protocols.
• Confidence in providing full personal care and night-time support in a calm, respectful manner.
