Summary
Part-Time Administrator (20 hours per week)
Location: Ringwood
Hours: 20 hours per week (option to transfer to full time hours in 2026)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 12:30pm (some flexibility available)
Pay: £12.21 per hour

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of our lovely clients—a small, close-knit team with a friendly and creative atmosphere. They’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrator to support their growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s highly organised, enjoys talking to customers, and ideally has a bit of a creative streak. The team is open to fresh ideas and values someone who wants to get involved and make a difference.
Duties -
- Answering phone and email enquiries with professionalism
- Preparing and sending out customer quotes
- Managing and updating records and files
- Handling general day-to-day admin tasks
- Liaising with customers and assisting with follow-ups
Skills -
- Someone proactive, friendly, and organised
- Strong communication and admin skills
- Confident using basic computer software and email
- A full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
