This is your opportunity to join our ‘Outstanding’ Company and make a difference!
We are proud that Together for Children Sunderland is rated ‘outstanding’ in a judgement by Ofsted in 2021, and have maintained the outstanding rating in 2025, in recognition of the stability of our very well supported and talented workforce who deliver an ongoing commitment to improving children’s outcomes. Join us and help us in continuing our outstanding journey!
We’re excited to welcome an Inclusion & Participation Lead to our passionate Education Services Team at Together for Children.
In this vital role, you’ll support children and families by holding a caseload of pupils who are permanently excluded from school or facing bullying. You’ll provide compassionate pastoral and early help support, helping them navigate challenges and thrive.
You’ll also take the lead on our anti-bullying initiatives, shaping a safer, more inclusive environment for all. Plus, you’ll play a key role in empowering young voices by supporting the Sunderland Youth Council.
If you’re committed to inclusion, passionate about participation, and ready to make a real impact—we’d love to hear from you!
Visa sponsorship: We welcome applications from all nationalities; however, successful candidates must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
If you would like to have an informal discussion about this post please contact peoplesupport@togetherforchildren.org.uk
