Roles & Responsibilities - Depending on your experience and role, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean and nurturing environment
- Carrying out observations and reporting on progress
- Leading a team or room (for Room Leader positions), ensuring high standards of care and education
