You’ll oversee and support your local Team to ensure services run smoothly. With your friendly, professional attitude, you’ll develop strong relationships with other Team members, stakeholders, service users and their support networks.

You’ll be…

Supervising – ensuring all Team members provide high quality support and uphold our strong reputation
Coordinating – contributing to support plans, risk assessments and review processes
Supporting – assisting service users with mobility and other physical needs, including using aids and equipment
Communicating – liaising with Team members and identifying training or development needs
Overseeing – maintaining supported living accommodation by ensuring the property is clean and tidy
Observing – reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Respecting – promoting each service user’s individuality, self-esteem and independence

You’ll need…

Experience working with individuals with a learning disability and/or autism
Good understanding of regulations & requirements for delivering care & support
Competent IT knowledge & skills
Commitment to providing quality care & support services
Strong communication & social skills
Patience, kindness & a motivational attitude
Ability to lead & challenge others appropriately
Responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to work
