Develop and grow as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with Swanton Community Services Team in Bournemouth.
You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role.
We are looking for a positive behaviour support workers to join Swanton Community Services
Experience in PBS would be beneficial however, you will receive in-depth in-house training and support within your role.
This role is dedicated to delivering positive, person-centred outcomes for adults and young people with complex care needs who rely on our services.

Supporting - every aspect of daily life needs your full attention: personal hygiene, mealtimes, mobility, social activities, finances and more
Communicating - effectively communicate using people’s chosen methods
Engaging - promoting physical & emotional motivation to enhance daily life
Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Monitoring - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Team player - contributing to a well organised and effective service

Your proven experience…
Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users, their circle of support and colleagues
Effective verbal and written communication
Good IT skills
The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references & an enhanced DBS check.
