Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Flexible working patterns available)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a varied caseload of third-party vehicle and property damage claims
Investigating liability through liaison with internal teams and third parties
Handling high-value claims, disputes, and fraud indicators
Collaborating with solicitors, insurers, and accident management partners
Delivering top-tier customer service throughout the claims lifecycle
Prioritizing your portfolio efficiently and compliantly
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years’ experience in motor claims or credit hire (for top salary range)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Confidence in handling technical and high-value cases
Attention to detail and great time management
CII Certificate or willingness to work towards it (full support provided)
Minimum GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
