As a Property Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Ensure operations are running smoothly, coordinating with contractors and updating clients
• Responding to resident queries via email and phone (outbound calls only)
• Providing monthly summary updated for each development via the online portal
• Assisting with contractor coordination and appointment scheduling
• Processing and tracking maintenance requests and updating records.
• Helping manage compliance documents and certificates
We’re looking for a Property Administrator with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience in property, lettings or facilities admin is desirable
• Superb organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional friendly manner
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• Strong time management skills and able to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
In return, the successful Property Administrator will receive a salary of £15,000 for 20 hours per week, plus the following benefits...
• Work from home with the occasional day in the office
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays
• An extra day off for your birthday
