Location: Belfast City Centre, BT1 3NR (Fully On-Site)

Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (B2 CEFR or above)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Engage with users across social media, forums, and review platforms
Respond to community queries in an empathetic and informative tone
Promote positive discussions and encourage user-generated content
Spot trends and escalate product or service issues internally
Improve customer experience by enhancing digital self-service tools
Collaborate with digital teams on campaigns and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 CEFR level)
Background in social media support or community management (preferred)
Excellent written communication and online engagement skills
Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in VR, gaming, or digital platforms
Able to manage high-volume, public-facing communication channels
Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (6 AM–7 PM, Monday–Sunday)
