The Education & Development Administration Service is made up of four sub teams: Masters Education and Placements team, Statutory, Mandatory and Essential Training team, Apprenticeships and Skills for Life team and Centre and Business team. The administration team are part of the wider Learning & Development department. Learning & Development provide access to a wide range of opportunities which include clinical and professional development, vocational qualifications, leadership and management development as well as Apprenticeships and Functional Skills support. We support all staff from Oxford Health. Personal development is encouraged and is supported through Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeships and other relevant IT and administration upskilling courses, alongside regular supervision and personal development review.
