About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Atlassian Delivery & Platform Specialist to support our agile transformation. This hybrid role combines delivery ownership with expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products while maximising the potential of Atlassian tools across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to coordinate project schedules, scope, and development priorities.
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs, maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
- Act as a gatekeeper for features, requirements, and user stories, providing strategic guidance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in agile delivery and backlog management.
- Deep understanding of Jira Cloud and Confluence, including architecture and configuration.
- Expertise in Jira automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Advanced skills in JQL, Structure by Tempo, and Rich Filters.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
