Summary
Plant Technician
We are looking for someone to undertake operation, maintenance and repair of various faciliities and equipment at a research facility in Southampton. This will involve undertaking preventative planned maintenance, but also helping contractors who will do it.
The role may include:
- Water (hot & cold 'domestic', chilled, process cooling, purification)
- Heating and cooling systems (including sensible cooling)
- Waste water
- Air handling (including cleanroom environmental control)
- Extraction (toxic, solvent, dust)
- Compressed air and vacuum systems and associated controls.
You should have exposure to one of more of the above in order to apply for this role.
