About the role
- Delivering professional, reliable, and efficient administrative support to customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Processing and validating planning and building control applications with accuracy and care.
- Supporting the administration of planning appeals.
- Managing your own workload and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Contributing to continuous service improvement and high performance standards.
About You
- Strong communication and ICT skills.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to customer care.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Experience working in a busy, team-based environment can be beneficial, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your commitment to the role, and your ability to work collaboratively.
