The Headteacher and Governors at Broadstone Hall Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Manager with a passion for excellence in education and a clear eye for detail. We wish to appoint a School Business Manager job share partner to work 1 day per week. Hours of work are 7 hours per week (Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm) term time plus two days in the holidays. You will be working alongside our current business manager who will cover the other four days. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, Finance, HR, Premises Management and Health and Safety.

The successful candidate is required to work under pressure whist maintaining a helpful and polite attitude at all times. At Broadstone Hall Primary School we are one big family and a central part of our community. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build strong relationships with all our children, families and staff.

The successful candidate is required to work well using their own initiative and be an efficient member of our school team. You must have previous experience covering the main areas of responsibility outlined above. Experience of working in a busy school environment is essential. Effective communication skills are vital within a job share partnership.
