Job Context:
Enthusiastic Office Administrator needed for our infant school. The Headteacher is seeking to appoint a responsible and detail-oriented Office Administrator to build on the established successes of our school. St Nicolas C of E Infant School is situated on the edge of Guildford town and is a thriving and happy school. We have 3 classes and a total of 90 children, reception to year 2. An understanding of the nature of small schools and a passion for infant learning are essential, as well as the ability to find joy in the role.
Accountable to: School Business Manager / Headteacher
Salary: Pay scale Grade 4.2
£7,110 per annum (pro-rata), 2 days/12.0 hours per week (time for work:
8:30am to 3:00pm, including 3 INSET days)
Start date: 3nd September 2025
