Our Learning Support department requires an Apprentice Administrator to provide support to a large and busy Learning Support team at South Staffordshire College.
We require a highly motivated and skilled person in using Office 365 and bespoke MIS software, to play an integral part in providing essential administrative support pertaining to Exam Access Arrangements to ensure all information and evidence is correctly recorded and stored, audit compliant and available for inspection.
The ideal candidate should have an awareness of learning difficulties, mental health difficulties and disabilities, have excellent customer service skills and be a strong team player with a desire to help young people and adults to succeed in education.
