Workshop Administrator
Salary: £28,183.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing;
- Upload service documentation onto the fleet system.
- Book meetings, take minute meetings and resolve all customer queries.
- Coordinate and control the maintenance activity and servicing schedules for the workshop.
- Conduct visitor and contractor inductions.
- Ensure all fleet vehicle files are maintained and accurate daily.
- Carry out financial administration, invoicing and raise any purchase orders required.
The above are a summary of main duties only, other duties may be required to meet the changing nature of operational activities.
What we're looking for;
Essential:
- Good computer skills, with demonstrable knowledge of Google business and with a desirable knowledge of Workday.
- Previous administration experience
- Numerate and literate to GCSE standards and possess an enthusiastic and meticulous approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work alone, as well as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Possession of technical knowledge of truck parts would also be considered an advantage as would previous experience in Waste Management Vehicles.
- You must be willing to undertake any training required to learn new methods and skills.
