Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building customer relationships and driving sales growth? We're looking for a proactive and personable Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team and be the frontline of our customer success and sales efforts.
Staffline is recruiting a Customer Service & Sales Advisor in Birmingham, the current location is B24 8HZ but will soon move to B46 1DA.
The rate of pay is £26,000 per annum, plus bonus!
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As an Internal Sales and Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to help grow the business and keep customers happy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
-Proactively follow up on sales leads and quote requests
-Maintain and build relationships with existing clients
-Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and manage CRM updates
-Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
-Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities where appropriate

- Proven experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
