Our client is seeking a part-time Administrator to join their team. This position is located in the IV2 postcode and requires you to be on-site during your shift. The client is an organic production facility that operates as a small family-run business, supplying major supermarkets across the UK.
Your Time at Work
Working days and start/finish times are as below, although some flexibility will be required
Monday: 09:00 - 12:00
Tuesday: 09:00 - 16:30
Thursday: 09:00 - 16:30
Saturday: 07:00 - 12:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling transport arrangements for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle and process logistics-related documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and customs forms.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to support smooth and timely delivery coordination.
- Provide administrative support in resolving logistics and delivery queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date records related to orders, inventory levels, and shipments.
- Support the preparation of reports and help gather data for logistics performance analysis.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to assist with logistics planning and administrative coordination.
