THE ROLE:
Seeking a professional hairstylist with at least 4 years of experience in a salon environment. The ideal candidate should be confident, creative, and knowledgeable in all aspects of hairdressing including colour techniques, styling, and precision cutting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform professional haircuts for women and men
Create elegant and trendy updos for special occasions
Deliver expert colouring services (balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, creative colours, etc.)
Conduct client consultations to assess needs and offer personalised recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service
Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4 years of professional hairstyling experience
Strong expertise in colour theory and modern colour techniques
Skilled in bridal, prom, and editorial-style updos
Confident in both classic and contemporary haircuts
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
