We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Facilities Assistant to support the delivery of a high-quality meeting room management and workplace experience on a key client account.
Acting as a vital interface between the client, visitors and the ISS team, you will ensure all spaces across the building meet the highest standards of presentation, functionality, and cleanliness.
Job Description
You will take ownership of day-to-day checks and coordination, ensuring meeting rooms are set up and ready, shared areas and washrooms are clean and welcoming, stationery supplies are topped up, and any faults or repairs are identified and actioned promptly.
A visible and approachable presence, you will represent the service with professionalism and pride, offering excellent customer care and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across all meeting rooms
Ensure rooms are fully stocked, equipment is functional, and hospitality is in place
Support visitor hosting and provide excellent service to all users
Coordinate and oversee vendor services to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Log all reactive maintenance tasks with the ISS Helpdesk
Respond promptly to cleaning and room alteration requests
Conduct regular H&S checks, report hazards, and support safe operations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer-focused front-of-house or hospitality role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Smart, professional appearance and confident demeanour
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic AV and tech setup
