We are seeking a passionate and qualified Montessori Teacher to join a nurturing and child-centred environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering the Montessori philosophy and creating a calm, structured space for children to learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality Montessori education to children
• Create a stimulating learning environment focused on independence and self-motivation
• Observe, assess, and plan activities to support individual learning
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Requirements:
• Montessori qualification (essential)
• Level 3 or above in Early Years Education
• Experience in a Montessori nursery setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
