Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker looking to make a real difference in people’s lives?
Cambridgeshire Care Agency (CCA) is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Ely and surrounding areas. With over 30 years of excellence in care, we’re proud to offer meaningful roles supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 6 months’ support work experience
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs (preferred)
A caring, patient, and respectful approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
