As a Patient Services Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class patient services, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract
Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
Deliver the highest level of service within your area of responsibility
Ensure all equipment, chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety, Food Safety regulations and standards
Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
About You
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
The ability to work on own initiative
Strong leadership skills
Relevant experience in cleaning or catering and supervision
