Receptionist - Part Time
Doncaster, Temp To Perm, £12.40ph, 20 Hours
9am - 1pm Monday to Friday
Benefits - Bupa - 5% pension - perk box - free fruit - free parking.
Our well-established Doncaster client is searching for a Part Time Receptionist to provide effective reception and administration support.
Responsibilities include:
• Answer and redirect all incoming calls
• Meet and Greet visitors, operate car park barrier and pedestrian gate access
• Provide admin support to HR, Production and Finance departments
• Raise Purchase Order on SAP, maintain Excel reports and create new starter induction
• packs.
• Open, date and sort all incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and courier documents
To be considered for the Part Time Receptionist role candidates must have previous reception experience and a clear confident telephone manner. Intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel are essential. As well as an excellent attention to detail.
