Crynodeb
To provide safe and high-quality care to patients/clients. Undertakes a limited range of delegated clinical care duties, relevant to the services provided / work area, record patient observations e.g. taking blood pressure, blood glucose monitoring. Wound observations. Removal of peripheral canulae. Urinalysis Aids with personal hygiene, eating and drinking, mobility needs under direct or indirectsupervision. To promote patient/client health.
