Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in administration and office support.
Responsibilities:
Filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, post and phone)
Supporting senior staff with day-to-day tasks
Assisting with scheduling and diary management
Ideal Candidate:
Organised, punctual, and keen to learn
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Previous office experience in a plus but not required - training will be provided
Requirements:
Minimum GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
