Staff Nurse (RGN) – £20.50 per hour + Paid Breaks | 36–48 Hours | Day Shifts Only

Our client, a welcoming and homely nursing service, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their day team. Offering up to £20.50 per hour plus paid breaks, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse seeking a supportive environment where they can make a real difference.

This full-time position offers 36 to 48 hours per week, working day shifts only. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee care plans, and support the team in delivering the highest standards of nursing and residential care.

What They’re Looking For

  • A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
  • Post-qualification nursing experience in a care home or similar setting

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in line with best practice
  • Support with assessments, care planning, medication administration, and clinical tasks
  • Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and guide care staff, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and uphold the service’s positive reputation
