About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Food & Drink Processor Certification Officer to join our team to carry out a range of tasks in relation to the certification of organic food & drink products. They will be responsible for carrying out the certification and account management for a shared portfolio of organic processors, ensuring that they are supported in adhering to all relevant organic regulations and Soil Association standards in line with our accreditation requirements. They will also maintain and build on relationship with a personal portfolio of licensees, as well as with potential new customers.

About You

You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, and take ownership of tasks and pride in completing them accurately, efficiently and on time.

You will be a a good team player that assists colleagues and shares information and ideas, capable of building and maintaining positive working relationships with others.

You will have a passion for customer care and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will be open and honest, showing empathy and consideration, and be able to be flexible and respond to changing priorities.

You will be computer literate, and be empathetic with the aims and objectives of the Soil Association.
