We’re hiring a Key Account Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality workplace and facilities services for our global client.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee operational performance, ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, and champion service excellence aligned with both ISS and client objectives.
Job Description
You’ll manage a multi-disciplinary team, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives that improve performance, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with UK and Group leadership, you’ll play a key part in shaping the direction of the account while ensuring a consistently exceptional experience across all services.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee workplace and facilities services, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
Manage daily hard and soft FM operations across the portfolio.
Act as the main point of contact for HPE stakeholders, ensuring strong client relationships.
Lead and develop on-site teams, driving performance and service excellence.
Prepare and manage operational plans aligned with client objectives.
Monitor and report on performance metrics and key initiatives.
Manage contract budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in account or contract management within Facilities or Property Management
Strong background in Hard & Soft FM, with emphasis on compliance and maintenance/reactive services
Skilled in using CAFM systems for effective contract delivery
Strong leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams
Successful in client relationship management and service delivery
Financially astute with experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control
Proficient in workplace management systems, Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable in HSE and ESG practices
IOSH Managing Safely certification (essential)
