Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Project Coordinator for our client based in West Lothian.
Role Overview:
This role supports the engineering team in maintaining accurate project control, tracking commercial progress, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to coordinate resources, monitor timelines, and manage reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project setup on Monday.com and maintain project documentation.
Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and risk assessments.
Manage administrative elements such as project initiation documents and client correspondence.
Monitor invoicing, procurement schedules, and assist with payment milestone tracking.
Provide resource planning support and escalate scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate timesheet and project update records.
Support monthly project reporting and exception tracking.
Contribute to compliance with quality and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confident communicator with internal teams and clients.
Prior experience in a similar role within engineering or technical environments is beneficial.
Familiarity with digital project tools (e.g., Monday.com) is an advantage.
Understanding of quality management and H&S compliance is desirable.
Offering:
Salary dependent on experience.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 08:30–16:30), with flexibility required to meet operational needs, including occasional travel.
Flexible working options available post-probation, including a 9-day fortnight.
25 days annual leave plus 4 statutory days, increasing to 30 with service.
Monthly salary payments and reimbursed business expenses.
Pension scheme with up to 4.5% employer contribution (post-probation).
